*Tea Tree oil is known by many for it's powerful antiseptic effects, 2nd only to thyme. Tea tree is also considered a disinfectant, is used in Australia to sterilize cavities, to treat gum disease. It's most effective in the presence of infection! It's also antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial. Good for respiratory, and it makes a very effective repellent for lice. I like it in udder washes for udder skin conditions. Lice does not like to coexist with it and it's also great to add to pet/livestock bathing to cut down on skin things you may bring home from shows or events.
