Glass bottled products Insurance
For those that would like their extract, tincture or essential oils orders insured. We do not replace bottles broken in shipment unless you purchase insurance from us. If you have tincture damage and you did not insure with us, present your entire order with shipping box/bubblewrap mailer to the post office to make your claim- they will cover up to $50 of your order.
If you did pay for insurance with us we will replace the item broken (you pay shipping) so you do not have a delay in getting your product. Once we have a photo of the shipping package and the contents and item we can get your tincture ready to go to you. Then still make a claim with a post office to get your up to $50 refund from them. We do not experience this problem often, but tinctures are in glass, and packages are rarely but can be dropped or crushed during shipping once we've turned them over to USPS.
