These are so used by your body as part of a wellness plan for Urinary Tract infections. Can also be used to help your body have the support it needs to avoid them. Acute use, every 1 to 3 hours. Chronic, 3 to 4x per day. For adult people or that tend towards these problems, but don't currently have one I suggest 1 or 2 per day. For pets, dosage should be calibrated to weight of the pet. Pair it also with strong antiseptic herbs. In cases of blood with urine consider getting professionally stabilized. Those situations need to be jumped on immediately and you need to know for sure what the issue is. Several people have told me this is the best quality Cranberry product they have ever used.
