Ahhh Rosemary. I love throwing a few sprigs into a tea or a bath :). Rosemary might support the body in increased capillary action at the skin level- so it feels good soaking into the scalp and any other irritated skin, and to support happy hair. I like how my joints feel with it on. I also like it for possible lung and bloodstream support and if I have a cold sore I might dab this on for comfort.
