Your follow-up must be done within 90 days of the initial email consultation and be on the same issue or issues discussed in the previous consultation. These are great for program tweaking or moving the situation along further, whichever the case may be. You can do unlimited followups as long as they stay within 90 days of the previous follow-up consult.
