Wormwood (Artemesia absinthium) is an herb I write about in more detail in my book. I really appreciate how this herb is traditionally used to support the body to oxygenate the uterus, assist the liver in plant poisenings and also it's anthemintic and possibly antibacterial uses. This is a plant that should not be used continuously (daily) for long periods of time. I never use it by itself anyways, but always in blends. Sage has 3x the thujone content. Neither one of these herbs should be used in tincture form by themselves by lay persons.
